“The 2021 Sculatti 'Obsidian Springs' Cabernet Sauvignon gets its name from the incredible amount of raw obsidian stone found in the 3.5 acre vineyard located on Glass Mountain. The wine itself is simply fantastic as it opens with enticing aromas of blackberries and dark plums intertwined with notes of dark chocolate, warm spices, and a touch of toasted oak. The aromatic profile is both inviting and complex, drawing you in with its layered depth. On the palate, it delivers a plush, velvety texture, perfectly supported by well-integrated tannins.
